According to the notification from the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), the Early Harvest Arrangement under the Agreement between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Congo on the Common Development of Economic Partnership officially entered into force on April 1, 2026.

Effective immediately, consignors and their agents exporting goods to the Republic of Congo (Brazzaville) may apply for Certificates of Origin under the Agreement through the online origin certification system from the CCPIT and its local offices.
