This series of prefabricated substations is manufactured in strict accordance with IEC 62271-202:2014 and GB/T 17467 standards. It integrates the high-voltage unit, transformer unit, and low-voltage unit into three independent compartments. The substation is equipped with comprehensive anti-misoperation interlocks, automatic ventilation, anti-corrosion, waterproofing, and dust protection functions. It supports various power supply modes such as ring network, dual power supply, and terminal radial, offering flexible adaptability to different application scenarios.

Specifically designed for high-temperature and high-humidity environments such as Southeast Asia, the YBTD1 prefabricated substation exhibits excellent environmental adaptability. The equipment adopts both natural ventilation and forced ventilation. An automatic exhaust fan is installed at the top of the transformer compartment, which activates when the temperature reaches a set value to ensure normal operation. The enclosure is made of high-quality materials with a superior surface treatment process, providing excellent corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and dust protection.

Note 1: The IP23D-rated transformer compartment prevents water spray within 60° from the vertical. For outdoor installations without overhead shelter, an additional canopy is recommended.

Note 2: When the ambient temperature exceeds 40°C or the altitude exceeds 1,000 m, derated operation is recommended, or please contact us for a customized solution.
