This series of prefabricated substations is manufactured in strict compliance with IEC 62271-202:2014 and GB/T 17467 standards. It features three independent compartments for high-voltage unit, transformer unit, and low-voltage unit. The substation is equipped with comprehensive anti-misoperation interlocking, automatic ventilation, and anti-corrosion and water-resistant functions. It supports various power supply configurations including ring network, dual power supply, and terminal radial systems, making it adaptable to a wide range of distribution scenarios.

Specifically designed for hot and humid environments such as Southeast Asia, the YBTD1 prefabricated substation offers excellent adaptability. The equipment employs both natural and forced ventilation. An automatic exhaust fan installed at the top of the transformer compartment starts operating when the internal temperature reaches the set value, ensuring normal operation. The enclosure is made of high-quality materials with a superior surface treatment, providing excellent anti-corrosion, water-resistant, and dust-proof performance.

Note 1: The IP23D transformer compartment prevents water spray within a 60° angle from vertical. It is recommended to install an additional canopy when the substation is placed outdoors without overhead shelter.

Note 2: When the ambient temperature exceeds 40°C or the altitude is above 1000m, it is recommended to operate at reduced capacity or contact us for a customized solution.
