In December, the Indonesian government launched a powerful crackdown on the Directorate General of Customs and Excise, with an unprecedented level of law enforcement during the "red-light period" for customs clearance. Inspections on multiple categories of goods have become stricter, and the review of compliance documents has also become more meticulous.
Under the strict supervision of Indonesian customs, these compliance documents such as certifications are of crucial importance, determining whether goods can clear customs smoothly. Different goods require different certifications for export to Indonesia. For electrical equipment, the main certification involved is the SNI certification. For switchgear and transformer, it is necessary to confirm whether certification is required based on their voltage levels.
In the face of this severe situation, although export enterprises are confronted with numerous challenges, Tianan will remain customer-centric. After signing a contract, we will promptly confirm with customers whether certification is required, whether certification needs to be further classified based on voltage levels, or whether supplementary materials are needed. We will sort out and provide a complete set of certification documents in a checklist and template-based manner, ensuring that each shipment of goods is accompanied by a compliant "ID card". We will stand shoulder to shoulder with our customers to navigate through the red-light period and steadily expand into the Indonesian market.
