Throughout the entire process of core insertion into the tank, lead connection, switch assembly, accessory installation, and vacuum oil filling, workers strictly follow production standards to complete all integration tasks in an orderly manner. After oil filling, sufficient standing time is allowed for the insulating material to fully saturate and bond, further enhancing the overall insulation performance and operational stability of the equipment.
Final Testing, Rectification and Delivery
Each finished transformer undergoes a complete set of factory performance tests, with each parameter and indicator verified one by one. Only after all standards are met can the qualified label be affixed. Customers are welcome to witness the testing process on site. The 7 transformers for the Zambia overseas project have successfully passed all factory tests and inspections and are now awaiting the customer's acceptance arrangement before being shipped to the overseas project site.
