This series of prefabricated substations is manufactured in strict accordance with GB/T 17467 and IEC 62271-202:2014 standards. The unit integrates the high-voltage compartment, transformer compartment and low-voltage compartment into three independent sections. It is equipped with comprehensive anti-misoperation interlocking, automatic ventilation, and corrosion-resistant and waterproof functions. The substation supports multiple supply modes – including ring network, dual power supply and terminal radial configuration – making it adaptable to a variety of application scenarios.

The product’s robust performance is reflected in several key indicators. The 20kA/4s rated short-time withstand current effectively manages short-circuit faults. The IP33D/IP23D protection ratings improve resistance to rain, dust and foreign objects in outdoor environments. The wide temperature range of -25°C to +40°C supports reliable long-term operation under hot, humid conditions, while the <4Ω grounding resistance enhances personal and equipment safety.

Compared with conventional civil substations, the YBTD1 (ZBW)-12 (24) occupies only one-tenth to one-fifth of the footprint, significantly reducing civil construction expenditure and shortening project timelines. The equipment is factory pre-assembled and fully tested; it can be rapidly put into service after on-site lifting and connection. An automatic temperature-controlled ventilation system is also fitted, which helps slow equipment ageing and lowers maintenance requirements. The high-voltage side supports 1 to 6 ways, the low-voltage side supports 4 to 30 ways, and maximum reactive power compensation on the low-voltage side can reach 300kvar, allowing flexible matching of different capacity and circuit needs.
