On April 29, the distribution transformers manufactured by Ningbo Tianan for a Kenyan customer were successfully shipped. Since the first cooperation in 2018, Tianan has maintained steady trade relations with this customer for many years. This shipment marks another successful delivery between the two parties. The goods are currently en route by sea and are expected to arrive at a Kenyan port in approximately 30 days.
The exported transformers are of the S-200/33-0.415 model, with a rated capacity of 200 kVA, high voltage of 33 kV, and low voltage of 415 V. The vector groups are Dyn1 and Dyn11 respectively. These units will be used for the upgrading of local distribution networks in Kenya. The entire process, from design to production, took approximately three months. At the end of March, the customer visited the factory for on-site inspection and expressed satisfaction with the transformer quality, while also providing some suggestions for improvement. In response to the customer's feedback, Tianan acted promptly and completed all necessary modifications to ensure the products met delivery requirements.
| Parameter | Unit | Value |

To facilitate smooth customs clearance, Tian'an obtained the PVOC certification (Pre-Export Verification of Conformity to Standards) in advance in accordance with Kenyan import requirements. Based on the packaging schedule and warehouse entry timeline, all necessary documentation was prepared and submitted in a timely manner, ensuring the certificate was issued smoothly.
For the logistics phase, the transformers were shipped via LCL (Less than Container Load). Given that the conservator was not dismantled, wooden frames were used to secure and reinforce the conservator to ensure transportation stability. The transformers were packed in wooden crates, with red fragile labels affixed on all sides to remind handlers to exercise care. The sides were wrapped with stretch film, while the top remained exposed to allow ventilation and prevent rusting during long-distance sea transportation. All export procedures have been completed, and we look forward to the customer's safe receipt of the goods.
With years of experience in the export of power equipment, Tianan has received orders annually for the Kenyan and surrounding African markets, accumulating mature expertise in product certification, export procedures, and logistics coordination. Tianan will continue to support overseas customers in their power infrastructure development with reliable products and professional services.
