In the lead - up to shipment, meticulous packaging and securing measures were taken. For the transformer body, some of its key components were carefully wrapped with stretch wrap. This step was crucial to prevent any potential damage from impacts that could occur during the transportation process. During the lifting and transfer of the transformer, soft yet thick ropes were specifically selected and employed. Their softness minimized the risk of scratches or other surface damage, while their thickness ensured sufficient strength to handle the heavy load. Inside the transformer cabinet, a robust securing system was implemented. Steel wire ropes were used to pull tight and firmly fix the components in place. To further protect the transformer's surface, soft cloth strips were placed at the contact points between the steel wire ropes and the transformer, acting as a buffer.
