SG(H)b10-100~2500/10 series three phase non-encapsulated impregnated dry type transformer of my corporation research and development. Through strict selection, optimization design, scientific and rational process, rigorous and complete test facility, it has successfully passed the National Transformer Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (CTQC) certification. This series of products use DuPont Company’s NOMEX paper as insulation material, and having used at present advanced VIP’s vacuum impregnation technology, reasonable structure and neat appearance.
This series of products have excellent resistance to waiting, moisture, salt spray and dust. It operates safe and reliable at high temperature, small part discharge, low noise, high cooling efficiency and strong overload capacity. It is a new generation of green environmental protection dry type transformer. It is most suitable for the load center which required high fireproof safety and environmental protection, such as airport, subway, power plants, metallurgy, hospital, high-level, shopping center, residents concentration areas, petrochemical, nuclear power, nuclear submarines and other important places. It’s the ideal power supply and distribution equipment.
a, Green environmental protection
The whole machine uses high quality and reliable H grade insulation materials, doesn’t break down and without any harmful gas emissions at high temperatures;
The coil uses non-enveloped (open) structure, at the end of its life, copper etc. are easy to recycle and will not pollute the environment.
b, Reliable insulation system
Choose the United States DuPont NOMEX Paper and Wujiang Taihu ET-90 series H grade modified heat-resisting unsaturated polyester resins as the fundamental insulation system, 180℃～220℃ insulation system which passes optimization design can operate safely, stably and reliably at the high temperature.
c, Advanced manufacturability
Coil whole uses VPI vacuum pressure impregnation and high temperature curing drying process, so the paint membrance is bright, even, strong adhesive force, not cracked, small part discharge≤5pc, low noise.
d, Strong overload capacity
Coil insulation materials use H grade NOMEX paper etc. insulation materials which test the attestation by UL, non-enveloped structure, and have high cooling efficiency, Uniform temperature rise, strong overload ability.
e, Anti-short circuit ability
High and low voltage coil whole conducts vacuum pressure impregnation process, coil ends use the disc spring and silicone rubber double preloading device to enhance the mechanical strength of the coil and the product and improve the anti-short circuit ability.
f, Excellent endure waiting capability
Product overall coverage H grade insulation paint twice, with strong painting film adhering capacity and mechanical strength; painting film is not cracked, with good insulation performance. It has excellent resistance to moisture, salt spray and dust, is suitable in the heavily degree polluted environment.
